I can wear them all day with no discomfort. I'm a size 12/14 in the US and ordered a large. It does sound loud when I walk, but I think only I can hear it. Also, they are shear, so they would not double as bike shorts or running shorts

Just what I was looking forI have so many short summer dresses, but I needed comfortable and light weight shorts to wear under them. This 3 pack was perfect.
